What we believe is a problem, is a point and issue of separation and stagnation from our state(s) of intelligence and insights. Consider a problem to be a riddle put forth for you to play with. When we project what’s perceived to be a problem outside, then there’s no internal attention to what the issue is internally and what our awareness can guide us to do. We can’t grow from blaming our external circumstances, only from our inner recognition and strength can we tackle the puzzles of life and change our environment.

The problem is a thought with an associative memory to it. To understand a problem to be solved, we have to strip it from its subjective emotional energy and discern the underlying thought-process behind it – is it repetitive, is it novel, of the past, an anticipatory future event? Take a step backwards, sideways or jump to see things in a different angle. Can you do that with your state of consciousness? Our problems are reflections of our repressed and painful past experiences; thoughts and emotions constitute your personal reality – personality – the collection of life’s impressions on us. And, that’s what you attract and radiate in life. The law of attraction is simply the magnetizing power of our energies and the matching ones outside of our field.

To change the perception of trepidation towards problems to embracing what they have to reveal to us, to free ourselves of the energetic chains of the past, is the process of transformation and regeneration of the Self. Life tosses problems at us to learn. The Greeks used to say that a problem is what “The Gods throw a stone before our feet” - So, do we allow those stones to crush us or use them as stepping “stones” to grow? Growth is where the revelation is made and the work to be done. What annoys us is what we are annoyed from ourselves that we see outside of us (the deceiving art of projecting) – the annoyance of the problem is exactly what we need to face.

Do you see your shadow within you or outside of you?

Aldous Huxley said: “Experience is not what happens to you. Experience is what you make out of what happens to you”. Utilizing the issues we try to neglect and project to process, discern and unite is the springboard for deeper knowledge, development and wisdom. Take away and dissect the problem into parts that you ARE able to solve with the current capacity of knowledge that you have. Without accountability and responsibility, consciousness doesn’t grow. Referencing Einstein: “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”

So, the stories we tell ourselves, to maintain that reality, is all of the past; History. And, those same thoughts, are the ones we project into the future to maintain/preserve our identity in that movie. Anything that is prior to now is the past. And, at times, our problems are part of the collective unconsciousness of the place where we live and on a grander scale. That's why we don’t gravitate to the present, we don’t want to feel what is within, our pain, our selves. We want to be stimulated into the next moment, when the next moment and the one before that is the oscillation to and from the present. The present might be uncomfortable, as the discomfort opens you up to your deeper self and what you need.

We are driven by worry – old English references means to “be seized by the throat”, the sibling of anxiety and anticipation – Our cultural teachings thrive on that, because then we share the need to control and resist – which are elements that we have been conditioned to do as part of developing the alert and problem-solving facets of our consciousness. The collective moulding of our awareness to be limited in that manner is driven by concern and lack of trust, so we need to prove (that there’s worry) and manipulate the situation to be able to achieve and accomplish the predicted results.

Where, the act of surrender and yielding, allows access to a plethora of intelligence dimensions that are within your self/your awareness. To be restricted, is to leave unfelt, unprocessed and unaware thoughts/feelings within. Their power, beyond our conscious attention, grows subliminally as they desire attention/validation - processing. They start to resist further, as the tempo of the energy becomes chaotic, and that’s the resistance playing its strings within. But, We just submit to their surfacing as they please, because that’s how powerful unprocessed forces of energy are. That's the meaning of resistance, we resist life, by utilizing forces of deviation to reject the reality of things; as part of our subconscious programming and beliefs. Resistance, wrapped in and of fear, is the thief of the present. Watch your thieves and invite them to the awareness table for a party.

From projecting to introspecting:

Every time you’re confronted by shit, if you have the ability to stop, just stop. Stop, create the space and breathe. Resign, allow and tune in – to tune out of the external. Don’t fuel the subsequent thoughts, just remain with the mechanics of the movements within you. The essence of our awareness is the breath within the breath and the space between the inhales and exhales. Feel that and transform the reactive past into the mere act of the present by attuning to the breathing process – deeper inhales and longer exhales. Allow everything to pass, to observe the problem and what’s to be projected out of it. Then, in that moment, FEEL what needs to be done and apply new information/thoughts to it. The art of facilitation of the situation is observing what’s going on inside. What comes from within, while aligned with the breath, is the conscious way of taking measures in life. To remind you, you can only breathe now. The time is always..... now.

Ending credits:

  • How can we, deeply, worry, if we are aligned with the presence of the days as they go? We really don’t know enough to worry (as worry is of anticipating the future, based on the past), as that’s all that matters is what and where you are now.

  • Blaise Pasqual: “All of man’s misfortune comes from one thing, which is not knowing how to sit quietly in a room”. Then we can feel boredom, dismiss defensiveness and manipulation, and feel our peace.

  • If we are not at peace within ourselves, we fret and worry to find that in the environment outside of us and we strive, so hard, to keep on doing more of that.

  • Leveraging internal energy to resonate. With leveraged energy, you can navigate with more calm and peace the events of life. To leverage is to take ownership of what’s within and not to project it without. To balance the opposites.

  • When we cease to project and pause to feel, then what’s the difference if the feeling is of positive or negative sensation, both are oscillations of the same wave of energy. Just like the mirror is indifferent to what it reflects, it just does that.

  • The truth of our perception and awareness, is identifying the false deceptions we are looking to project. To see without processing and evaluation is the trickery of ignorance. The truth versus the appearance of the truth. But, then again, the truth is the truth, until otherwise.

  • The present is the moment to allow mental knowing to reside, like a downward current, into the awareness of the body to be synchronized and not just sitting in the ether, like all unpersonal or unconscious thoughts.

  • How much fear is required to turn inwards, than projecting outwards?

  • The only way out, is in. Chaos is unprocessed, order is the integration.

  • Things and possibilities are always imprinted within us, but what makes its way to being assimilated into our awareness? The rest, we project.

  • Projection is the control of outcomes, as it’s easier to scheme it in the mind. The work is to bring ideas into realities – on the physical plane, delivered by the body. The vehicle of manifestation.

From my heart to yours,

Peace in and peace out.
